Home Delivery

We shall deliver the products to the delivery address specified and keyed in by you on the order form. Your order will be delivered to you via the service of a courier service company or driver(s) appointed by Glyken Marketing Sdn. Bhd.

We aim to deliver within the time frame indicated below but we are not able to guarantee any firm delivery dates upon order and to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

  1. On delivery of the product, you are required to sign for delivery. You shall examine the goods immediately upon collection for any deficiencies and/or damages before you sign for delivery. All risk in the product shall pass to you upon delivery.
  2. Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
  3. Delivery Charges will be calculated based on total purchase amount and postal code of the delivery address.
  4. If you are not available to take delivery or collection, we may leave a message giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
  5. If you request for redelivery, we are entitled to charge for providing the service.
  6. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Glyken Marketing Sdn. Bhd. immediately of any change to their delivery address.
  7. We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.

Delivery Zone & Dates

Please note that Standard Free Delivery Zone stated below shall only apply to the purchases more than RM 200.00 in a single transaction/receipt. A flat rate of RM 15.00 or RM 50.00 will be charged as delivery fee for purchases less than RM 200.00 in a single transaction/receipt and the post-code is within the Delivery Zone. Whereas Delivery charges RM 50.00 will be charged on any purchases in a single transaction/receipt and the post-code is not listed in the Delivery Zone.

Undelivered Shipment

Ensure the recipients’ addresses and contact details are correct before proceeding with payment at Checkout. Malaysian deliveries returned to Glyken Marketing Sdn. Bhd. after failed attempts by the courier company to contact the recipient will be forfeited. International deliveries not received by the recipient after failed attempts by the courier company to contact the recipient will be treated as abandoned at the receiving country.

International Shipment Regulations

Delivery of goods is subject to custom duties, taxes and fees payable by the recipient at the prevailing tax rate of the destination country, and subject to custom regulations of the receiving country. Customer assumes full loss when the package is refused entry, confiscated, destroyed or returned. No refund of product or delivery charges whatsoever. Customer is advised to verify with relevant authorities regarding import regulations of the receiving country when in doubt.

Local Deliveries

  1. Deliveries not received, abandoned or returned will be forfeited. Customer assumes all losses. No refunds will be made.
  2. Ensure that each recipient's address and contact details are correct and accurate before proceeding. The courier company will only make limited attempt(s) to deliver your package to the recipient according to the delivery details provided.

International Deliveries

  1. Order invoices (with full pricing details) will accompany each delivery as required for customs declaration.
  2. Deliveries are subject to custom regulations. Customer assumes all losses for packages that have been rejected entry, confiscated, abandoned, destroyed or returned. No refunds will be made.
  3. Deliveries are subject to custom duties, taxes and fees payable by the recipient at the destination country.
  4. Customer is advised to verify with relevant authorities regarding import regulations of the receiving country when in doubt.
  5. Ensure that each recipient's address and contact details are correct and accurate before proceeding. The courier company will only make limited attempt(s) to deliver your package to the recipient according to the delivery details provided.
